At SevirrAmore we strive to provide you with the highest quality apparel by designing and manufacturing in small limited batches here in the USA. We stand by the quality of our products and we want you to be satisfied with your order.
Please be aware that all sales are final and we do not accept returns. We do however accept exchanges for defective items. If an item is found to be defective, it must be returned to us within 14days of the delivered package (days are counted based on the recorded delivery date on your shipping tracking notice). If the exchanged item is out of stock we will issue a store credit for the original value of the product you exchanged. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
CRITERIA FOR EXCHANGE
- Items must be unworn & unwashed
- The item must be odorless and free from animal dander
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- The item must be defective from manufacturer and not a result of customer's misuse
- The original tags must still be attached to the item
Items not meeting these requirements cannot be exchanged. If you are unsure if an item can be exchanged, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
To begin an exchange process please contact us via email@example.com before returning the item. Please include the order number and describe the product defect in detail.
Please note that the customer is responsible for ALL shipping fees including the cost to return the item and the exchange.
Until it has been verified that we have received the item to be exchanged, it is still your property and we are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail. Therefore we strongly recommend that you send the item(s) with tracking, insurance and delivery confirmation to protect you from any losses.
